How fast will I get my order?
Orders print the next business day after you approve your proof, then ship. Most arrive 2–3 days after approval. Banners over 16 feet long take 1–5 extra days (see below).
What sizes can I order?
Banners can be any length and up to 8 feet tall. Each product page lists its sizes, and many products take custom sizes. Yard signs are 18 × 24 inches.
What materials do you use?
Banners are 13 oz outdoor vinyl, or 15 oz heavy-duty vinyl as an upgrade. Mesh banners let wind through. Yard signs are 4 mm Coroplast, decals are laminated adhesive vinyl, and parking signs are .040 aluminum.
Can I upload my own design?
Yes. In "Design it yourself" you can upload your own artwork, photos or logo and place them exactly where you want. We still check the file before printing.
Is the design really free?
Yes. Design and changes are included in every order. You only pay when you approve your proof and check out.
What if something's wrong with my order?
If we made a mistake or it arrived damaged, we'll reprint it free. Please check spelling, names, dates and phone numbers carefully before you approve your proof, since we print exactly what you approve.
Is shipping included?
Yes, shipping to your door is included in the price. The one exception is extra-long banners (below).
What about banners longer than 16 feet?
No problem. Banners over 16 feet long are seamed and folded, and they ship by freight. That adds $199 and 1–5 extra days for delivery.
Is there a minimum order?
Orders have a $39 minimum ($49 for aluminum and PVC signs). Yard signs have an 8-sign minimum per design.
